Challenges
- Every phase has a ring road which is designed keeping in view the incremental development of the project, which would ultimately connect with the overall Ring Road for the entire project.
- At the South Eastern extremity of the site runs a high tension electric cable which is a design challenge as it intersects the far end of the site diagonally.
