The project spanning over 140 acres principally has residential as its largest component planned in multiple clusters for various housing products. These included low-rise walk-up apartments and mid/high-rise apartment towers supported by commercial zones and public amenities.
A unique feature of the site was a natural, seasonal storm water drain channel running through the development. Exclusive recreational zones, including jogging tracks and outdoor sports activities were then appropriately planned and landscaped as value addition.
