The development is the first freshwater lake gated community located in the secure enclave of the Mangla Cantonment in Pakistan. - Retaining structures are proposed to address topographic challenges and provide adequate protection to roads and building structures

- Proposed Bridge Engineering, where required, to provide access to other precincts
- Site accessibility is challenging due to steep terrain
- Major cut and fill required to achieve the desired roads profile.
- Seasonal variation in water level of the dam
- Natural contours of the site are retained as much as possible in order to preserve its pristine views
- Design of retaining walls to blend with developed infrastructure and minimize visual impact
